This agreement between ICDC duly authorizes and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with its main office at PO BOX 515, Broomall, Pa 19008, and the customer for the provisions of ICDC or its subcontractors of certain computer network services, resellers, and the provisions of the customer of certain equipment to facilitate web access as described below.

I. ICDC makes no warranties of any kind. This includes and is not limited to; loss of data due to delays, non-delivery of data, mis-delivered data, and service interruptions of any kind. (maintenance, service, repair, & non compliance of terms).

II. ICDC has no control at all over the content of the information going through it. It is totally the customers responsibility to assess any or all information received through this connection. We do however monitor and attempt to stop the flow or transmission of any illegal use from it’s facilities. (Spamming, Fraud, Harassment, & Etc.) Use of Information received through ICDC is at the customers own risk, and we deny any responsibility for accuracy and quality thereof. Internet Connect will not and cannot be held responsible for any damage for your data, system, information already stored on the system, private or otherwise, because of the customers voluntary use of ICDC’s Service.

III. ICDC and it’s service will only be used for Lawful Purposes. Transmission of any Material in violation of any US or State regulations is prohibited. ( copyright, obscene, trade secret, chain E-Mail, fraudulent sending, threatening E-Mail, etc.) Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ICDC from any claims resulting from the use of provided services. The customer is responsible to comply with the policies of other networks. Please note that we do *NOT* allow any type of 'bot or talker as well as ANY type of chat program to be run on our servers. Any user who does not follow this rule will have their account suspended.

IV. Technical support is only provided for ICDC installation Software. Other software support, Hardware support, and Setup support is the responsibility of the customer.

V. This connection is strictly for private use. The customer is not allowed to loan, share, sell, or contract this connection in any way. The customer is not permitted to use software to maintain a constant connection while the customer is engaged in another non-related activity. You may stay on the line as long as you are using the connection interactively, we reserve the right, after 4 continuous hours, to disconnect any dial up connection in violation of this provision.

VI. Payment is due on the first business day of the Month. Billing is done in advance of service. Initial Services will be figured up to the Next Billing Date. ( 14 free days excluded. ) Credit cards can only be used for Monthly accounts. 6 Month, Yearly and 2 Year accounts must be paid by Money Order or Personal Check. Customers will be disconnected immediately if a check is returned by the bank, and a $25.00 returned check fee will be in effect. Credit card billing is automatic. The card will be automatically processed the 1st of the month. Declined credit card payments will be disconnected immediately. Any changes to the account must be made in writing via e-mail, fax, or regular mail prior to the next billing date, or it will take effect the next billing cycle. No cancellations will be accepted by telephone. ICDC reserves the right to change rates, and modify these terms by notifying the customer in advance of the effective change.

VII. When signing up for any of ICDC's services you are agreeing to the terms listed above.
