"Beyond the Light"
The Photography of Chris Macan
All images in the first room were recorded using Kodak Ektachrome Infrared film. On the day this image was created we were avoiding rain all morning. The last location we tried was a state park by the Delaware Bay. We found a fire tower in an out of the way area. The sun was no longer visable thru the clouds. I was excited both by the soft light and because this location was so different from what I was used to. I climbed the fire tower, hung off the side and hoped for the best. The results were all I hoped for and more.
