And yes, I work at TGI Fridays so some of this
may look familier...and as you can tell I like chicken.
Chicken breast sautéed in margarine with salt, pepper, and fresh
rosemary.
Served with potatoes au gratin and green beans, carrots, and mushrooms
sautéed with fresh garlic, kosher salt, and pepper, then topped with
butter
flavored with rosemary.
Chicken fingers, served with applesauce
and choice of dipping sauce. Hand battered,
with freshly cut french-fries.
Chicken breast hand battered and fried. Topped
with mushrooms sautéed in garlic/salt/pepper and
melted mozzarella cheese. Served with potatoes
au gratin and green beans with sautéed onion.
Grilled chicken breast marinated in Italian and
Caesar dressing, served on top of rice pilaf
with a lemon, and green beans with sautéed onion.
A vegetable platter I made at work. Not the best picture quality,
but I spent a lot of time making it symmetrical and all the vegetables
uniform in cut.
