They often don't tell you that  "Fortified"  means that they have added the artificial synthetic Vanillin. They don't explain what synthetic vanillin really is.  They also offer the product as just "bake-proof, freeze-proof, extra-strength or Double Strength Clear Vanilla flavor or Extract" -In the USA the clear Vanilla Made with synthetic Vanillin, will say somewhere on the bottle -"imitation vanilla or artificial vanilla". Clear, Completely Natural White Vanilla Extract / Flavor
Double-Strength White Clear  Vanilla Flavor
 

Wedding White Frosting

       1/2 cup vegetable shortening
       1/2 cup Butter
       1/2  tsp. KCJ Clear White ALL Natural Vanilla Extract (or to taste)
       1 pkg. (16 oz.) confectioners' sugar, sifted
       2 to 3 tbsp. milk
 

BEAT vegetable shortening and butter in large bowl with electric mixer on High speed until creamy. Beat in Clear Vanilla Extract.

BEAT in confectioners' sugar, 1 cup at a time, on low speed until well blended. Add milk, beat on medium to High speed until light and fluffy.
Makes 2 cups.
